Requirements

* Degree in Property, Valuation, Building, Real Estate Management or its equivalent
* 3 – 5 years working experience in valuation or real estate company or within the same indusrtry
* Good knowledge of property value in major towns with excellent networking with property valuers and real estate agents.
* A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills, initiative and willing to travel outstation
* Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language both written and verbal

* Computer literate
* Contract position for a period of 1-2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff
